Novatra has specialised in the manufacture of plastic injection moulds since 1986. The company has its own design office and testig facility.

Our exacting standards and follow-up procedures have enabled us to become a key and recognised player in the pharmaceutical and medical sectors. We have mastered tool design for integration in clean rooms (electrical movement), and our quality control chain enables us to meet the industry’s high-quality requirements. With our testing facility and test lab, we have all the necessary tools at our disposal.

We offer to design, build and if necessary, fully integrate the tooling and press. Our resources, our tools and our experience in other industries mean that we can offer innovative, holistic and efficient solutions in food packaging.

Thanks to our 30 years of experience using all injection technologies (unscrewing, over moulding, transfer or rotational bi-injection, in-mould, etc.), we can offer solutions for the fragrance, make-up, and skincare sectors. More than 2,300 tools ranging from 8 to 96 cavities have been designed, produced and developed in our workshops.

Our experience in the multi-material sector has enabled us to develop our own technologies with specific concepts for each development. From a very thin platen or rotary axis to on-board injection units on the moulds, from robot and gripper integration to developing all business lines, we can support you whatever your needs are.
